DESCRIPTION

  • Kneeling on a platform with hands flat on the mats raise the hips by staightening the legs and walk forward on the toes pushing the hips high.
  • As the shoulders pass over the hands rock forward allowng the hips to pass over the hands.
  • Finish in long sit position.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • The pupils must walk their hips as high as possible and the shoulders must be pushed over the top of the hands.
