  • Table Shape to Knee Scale to Forward Roll to Long Sit to Shoulder Balance to Back Roll exiting to one knee and Straight Knee Scale.

    Coaching points

  • Hold each balance for min. of 2 secs.
  • Movements between balances should flow.
  • Good body tension through out.
