DESCRIPTION

Develop Bridge Progressions Start with moderately high apparatus, then decrease the height as bridge improves. From Modified Bridge with hands on apparatus and feet on floor, straighten arms and push tummy up Teach Step Out Exit. Co-ordinate push from shoulder extension with step out from high lead leg.
