  4. Tuck Rocking in to Tuck Rock to Feet into  Squat Shape Balance with weight on hands 
  5. Lunge into Forward Roll into Stag Leg Sit 
  6. Modified Bridge into Full Bridge 
  7. V-Sit into Straddle V-Sit into Straddle Sit into Fold and Reverse
