- Tuck Rocking and Tuck Rock to Feet→ Squat Shape Balance with weight on hands
- Dish Rock→ Shoulder Balance→ Tuck Shape Balance
- Modified Bridge→ Full Bridge
- V-Sit→ Straddle V-Sit→ Straddle Sit→ Fold (and reverse)
