Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Description

  • From 'Y' shape raise leg to side.
  • Bring leg to front with bent knee.
  • Rotate hip to side and hold.
  • Exit to 'Y' shape.

    Coaching points

  • Hold balances for 2 seconds moving smoothly from one to the other.
  • Keep head up and eyes forward.
  • Repeat with the other leg.
  • Support can be given by partner fromthe back.
