DESCRIPTION

Straddle forward roll entry along mat to straddle sit.

COACHING POINTS

From standing in wide shape, fold at the hips to stretch arms between legs.

Place backs of wrists on the mat.

Eyes watch hands.

Press down on backs of wrists.

Pull head well under hips.

Roll slowly down the back to straddle sit.
