DESCRIPTION

  • Wide shape stand
  • Reach down inbetween the legs and place the back of the hands on the mat with arms fully extended.
  • Roll on to shoulders and back and finish in straddle sit.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Feet need to be as far apart as possible.
  • Push the backs of the hands along the mat slowly.
  • Lower the shoulders as far as possible.
