DESCRIPTION

  • Starting from platform position, raise the hips and roll theshoulders forward.
  • Roll on to the back opening legs to straddle postion.
  • Place hands inbetween legs, with straight arms, pushing hard to gain standing wide shape.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Chin needs to be pushed low into chest,
  • Hands must reach as far as possible back inbetween legs.
  • Keep arms, shoulders and head low to help gain standing position.
