DESCRIPTION

  • Kneel on the platform with hands on the mats and at the base of the platform.
  • Sraighten legs and roll on to shoulders and back.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Ensure that shoulders are vertically above the hands.
  • When the legs are sraightened the shoulders will pass abover the hands allowing the pupil to roll on to the shoulders and back
  • Arms reach forward to allow the standing position to be attained.
