DESCRIPTION

  • Sit on platform in long sit position.
  • Rock back on to shoulders.
  • Rock forward placing hands, with fingers forward, on to the platform between legs.
  • Keep legs extended in straddle position.
  • Push on hands and stand into 'star' shape.

  • Lower head as gymnast stands.
