Coaching points

NB - Ensure head is placed on the end of the apparatus and not over the end.

From shoulder balance at the bottom of the incline.

Hands in backward roll placement (hands level with ears) grasp sides of bench or corners of box.

Lower knees to elbows to create inverted tuck shape.

Eyes see knees.

Kick out with lower legs aiming toes to floor while pushing from hands.

Land on the mat in a tuck position, keeping hold of the apparatus for control.
