DESCRIPTION

  • Starting in a long sit position tuck rock to shoulders and rock forward on to feet. Repeat action.
  • Return to long sit position

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Pupils must be confident to push their hips above their heads and extend the legs as high as possible.
  • Arms must reach forward to aid forward rotation back to feet.
  • Maintain leg extention on backward rotation but tuck when rotating forwards.
