Description

  • Backward roll with straddle down padded inclined benches.

    Coaching points

  • Hands by ears with fingers pointing towards shoulders.
  • As hips pass over the head adopt straddle position with legs apart but extended.
  • Push on arms and complete roll with legs in straddle position.
