DESCRIPTION

  • From Grasping the side of the end of a bench, catch weight on straight arms as legs kick out into a stradle around the end of the bench, to land one (foot) two (foot) on a mat.
  • Push with 2nd hand down to exit the action.
  • COACHING POINTS

  • Ensure that arms and legs are straight.
  • Weight is transfered from one hand to the other.
  • Ensure that pupils are given sufficient space to avoid accidental contact.
