4 small jumps with 1/4 twist.

1 jump to Long Shape with 1/2 twist.

1 jump to Long Shape with 1/2 twist.

Repeat.

COACHING POINTS

Locate external points of focus (in front, behind, at each side).

Head leads twist.

Add 4 rebound jumps with no twist between repetitions.

Maintain body tension.
