Make a phrase of 4 small jumps with 1/4 twist.
2 jumps to long shape with 1/2 twist.
1 jump to long shape with full pirouette.
Repeat, turning the opposite way.
locate external points of focus (in front, behind, at each side).
Head leads twist.
Good Side:
Build up 4 x 1/4 twist with arms low.
Add arm-swings up to long shape for 1/2 twist jumps - arms up/down.
Add arm swing to long shape on full twist jump - arms up/down.
Bad Side:
Build up phrase slowly on 'Bad Side' (i.e twist the other way)
Arm swings as before.
Add 4 rebound jumps with no twist between repetitions.
Maintain body tension.
