Coaching points

At take-off swing arms forward and up, and stretch into a long shape.

Good ankle extension.

At the top of the jump, head leads twist to pick up external focus (1/4 twist).

Look under armpit to see point of focus.

Landing:

Flex hips and knees.

Push knees forward.

Drop hips down.

Back straight and lower arms to the sides of the body.
