Description
Hurdle step pattern (1 foot take-off to 2 footed landing).
Coaching points
From standing at one end of a mat: Balance on one leg, the take off foot, arms by sides.
Bend supporting leg, then co-ordinate arm swing forward and up with forward hop into the air.
Land with 2 feet together, flexing knees and ankles.
Lower arms to sides.
