DESCRIPTION

  • "Stop" class at any point and ask for "points of contact" (4, 3 or 2).
  • Ask for "straight lines" form non-supporting limbs, "to make clear shape" in the static hold.
  • Travel feet/hands/feet, then "freeze and hold the shape" for 3 seconds.
