DESCRIPTION

  • Backward roll down a gently inclined bench.
  • Roll back from sitting position placing hands on mat by ears.
  • Keeping legs extended, legs come over the head to stand.
  • The teacher helps by taking weight and lifting the torso over the head

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Hands are placed by ears with fingers pointing towards shoulders.
  • Push on hands to take body weight.
  • Keep legs extended through out movement.
