Description

 

Lying in Wide Shape on Apparatus, Rolling in Long Shape to end in Wide Shape

From Flat Back Lying or Long Sit

- stretch into Wide Shape with tense arms and legs

- pull up to Dish Shape and balance on hips and lower back

From Front Lying

- stretch into Wide Shape with tense arms and legs

- pull into Arch Shape to balance on front of hips

- initiate roll with shoulder twist

- keep tension in arch and dish shapes

- maintain dish or arch at end of roll

- stretch arms and legs into a Wide Shape balance
