DESCRIPTION

  • Run to two foot take off, jump forward roll to stand.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Ensure that safety mats are in position.
  • Arms swing up to help gain height.
  • Head up at take off but down during flight.
  • Legs extended through out flight phase.
  • Hands must be first to touch the mat.
  • Tuck to stand.
