DESCRIPTION

  • The pupil starts kneeling with their hands on the mat.
  • The legs are straightened, raising the hips, and the pupil walks on their toes towards their hands.
  • After the shoulders pass over the hands the pupil rolls into a long sit position.

  • Shoulders must be past the hands.
  • Hips must be high.
