Gymnastics Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Start in front support position and raise hips.
  • With legs straight walk on toes so that shoulders are in front of the hands.
  • With legs extended take hips over head to long sit position.

    Coaching points

  • Ensure high hips, extended legs, toe walk and good body tension.
