DESCRIPTION

  • Pupil starts with feet together and straight legs and with hands placed on the side of the gently inclinned padded bench.
  • Hips are raised so that the shoulders are infront of the hands.
  • Hips are taken over hands in a tuck shape completing the roll wstading on the bench.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • The action is smooth and gentle.
  • The hips must be high allowing the shoulders to be in front of the hands.
  • After the tuck roll the arms must be pushed forward allowing the pupil to take their weight on their feet without pushing up from the mat.
