Wide Straddle Sit

  • keep neck and back upright, straight and tense 
  • from Long Sit, lift one leg up and outwards into Straddle Sit 
  • extend legs and ankles 
  • lift arms outwards and sideways to shoulder height 
  • maintain body tension
