Description

  • From long sit hold arms horizontal.
  • Keeping legs together rock back on to shoulders until legs are vertical.
  • Rock back into sitting position.

    Coaching points

  • Maintain good body tension with legs together and ankles extended.
  • Point toes at the ceiling ensuring that the legs are straight and vertical.
  • Good speed is required to attain vertical position.
