  • from long sit stretch arms above head
  • elbows to ears
  • stretch & tension in body - take weight on lower back, lift legs and upper body - eyes look at ankles To 

Rock in Dish Shape

  • pull heels down and chest up then
  • pull ankles up and neck down, to rock
  • keep dish tense
