  • Take two steps backwards.
  • Take one stride run up plus hurdle step and jump off two feet towards wall bars.
  • Catch bars at shoulder height and repel.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Look for flight up to bars.
  • Repel immediately by extending shoulders.
