  • Lunge to handstand with hands placed away from wall bars.
  • Teacher supports legs and places feet on the bars.
  • Pupil moves one leg vertically backwards to gain handstand split position.
  • Kick back to exit

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Hands are placed on the floor at such a distance to allow the pupil to gain handstand splits.
  • Elbows must be locked.
  • Gain maximum split position.
