This Sportplan session aims to help you get your players to overcome their fear of falling by introducing them the to proper technique for how to cushion their fall after performing the fall or dive shot.
To help you get players to overcome the fear factor, whilst at the same time teaching them the correct technique for how to fall, dive and slide safely, this session starts with a series of fun diving themed games and exercises before then looking in greater detail at the mechanisms of this powerful shot.
By starting off slowly, with the safer fall shot, you'll be able to step-by-step lay the foundations for future handball success with the explosive and powerful diving shot!
