
DRILL TYPE: Agility FOCUS: Footwork SKILL LEVEL: Red/ Orange/ Green Ball EQUIPMENT: Cones (3/4) Ladders Hurdles SETUP: In the backcourt area, on the two singles sideline place a cones and the opposite singles sideline place the hurdles. On the center service line place the ladders. Up at the net place the three cones for the turning point. DRILL: Divide your players into three groups and have them line up behind the baseline, each group is behind the different agility skills activity. On the coaches go, they will run through the ladders, cones and hurdles to the cone and turn around and run back through the tasks again and tag the next player and move to the end of the line. The next player will preform the same task .
