Bulldogs. Everybody knows it. Here for U7s. Aim for the runners to get from one end of the pitch to the other. The Bulldogs stop them by,in this case, touch-tackle- two hands touch both hips of the runner. Once tackled the Runner becomes a Bulldog and joins the tacklers. Play until all are caught. New Bulldog and start again!
Start with as many Bulldogs as you think fitting. Look for correct tackle technique. Runners must stay within coned area and no hand offs. No second chances. Tackled is tackled.
