Rugby: Attack the Space

Description

Attack the space, 3v2, the 2 deffenders pick a channel and stick to it, the 3 attackers pick a channel and stick to it, and need to move the ball into the space.

Coaching points

Focus on pass/catch technique:

- wide spread fingers across the ball 2 hands

- high elbows

- pistols: poiting your pistols to the catchers targets

- Hands up ready to catch forming a W's for Wales or Winners
