
Overload the numbers on attacking team compared to the defensive team. Playing the width of the field, the attackers have to draw in the defenders to create space. Ideally looking to use the wide areas but if there is space in the middle then attack it. If a try is scored or a mistake is made, the ball is kicked behind them so they have to retreat and reset. This is continuous for 5 minutes before swapping players.
look for space draw defenders if too easy, increase number of defenders and reduce attackers use attacking lines/dummy runners
