
Defenders and attackers line up outside the grid. The coach will then call out two numbers, the first refers to how many attackers should enter the grid and the second refers to the defenders. So 2-1 we would see two attackers run up around the the marker and line up against 1 defender. The coach can call a variety of numbers 1-1 or 5-5.
