
- Line up in three lines with 3-4 players per line. The two outer lines face in to the middle line. - The scrumhalf starts with the ball. One side calls out for the ball, that side is offense. The red team remains defense. - After the tackle is made, defense gets up quick, turns and faces the other team. - Scrum half calls out 3 seconds. Within that time, defense must re-position themselves to make the next tackle. - Repeat for 4 tackles. Rotate.
