Where it starts! This exercise is about the Team without the ball and how they work together to pressurise the opposition before making a tackle, if they haven`t forced the error already ;-)! NOTE PLAYERS MUST BE LOUD AND IMPOSING! -Lay out even cone sections, teams of 3-4 line up in each section. -The Players look L R making sure everyone is in a FLAT LINE, all calling `Holding, Holding, When the SH passes the ball to a Coach the call goes to `UP` and the line moves up `Together` (No DOG LEG)! -When they get to edge of the section they run diagonally backwards (To the next coned area) facing the Opposition and restart the exercise with the next team filling the area they`ve just been in. -When the first group gets to the end they run round the back of the newer groups and the exercise restarts.
