Same as 3. but now 4v4 from the right base line
Def: slow play down don't dive in - wait till attacker lifts their head Either man mark/Zone Zonal - player to player on the ball, def support is halfway between ball and other attacker, and sligthly deeper. Attack: Rotation in the D, if you're not in a position to support the player on the ball, or if you are marked move to find a new position where you are useful. Useful positions - Back post, top D, Square and diagonal.
