
This warm up involves 4 cones and 5 balls. I will have half the players standing on the outside of the area and half the players running around inside. Then the players on the inside will get the ball off someone on the outside and dribble it to another player and go again. I'll then swap and do it with the other players. I will stop the players every few minutes to do dynamics, a stretch and then carry on.
