Daniel McDermott Coach, England

DESCRIPTION

The aim of the game is for the red team (defenders) to get the ball into 1 of the 3 goals that the blue team are defending. This is the equivalnt to playing out of the back and into midfield. In this drill the Goalie (green) plays a ball to start the game into one of the defenders. The defender then has a choice of either dribbling the ball and passing into a goal or passing and have the CDM pass into the goal. The blue team are to try and win the ball back and score againt the green goalie. Red team can win the ball back and attack the 3 goals for a point.
