DESCRIPTION

Three times through:- Jog High knees Two in two out + Backwards Heel flicks Open and close gate Sprint 5 yards, backwards 5 yards then sprint 15 yards Team split into 3 equal teams. Transfer game. One team in each box and one team spare. Make 5 passes in box while half of spare team presses to win ball. Once 5 passes has been made then the ball can be passed into other square and other half of spare team then presses the ball whilst the other team tries to make 5 passes and then transfer the ball back across. Switch teams around.
