Players start by going over the hurdles side-ways before running round the pole, then play a 1-2 with the coach before driving around the agilty poles, then fast footwork over the ladders before receiving a feed from the coach for a volley and header. Players then sprint flat-out to the finish line. The drill should be performed as a race with a mirror-image set up on the opposite side.
