
Start off with a practice go each, weaving in and out of the cones each time, reannacting dropping a shoulder in football, run round the lone cone, run to the ball and shoot. Progression one - Add a goalkeeper to make it harder to score Progression two - Add one defender from each team to each side. Progression 3, make it into a competition, whoever scores the most goals after everyone has had a go.
Simple, fun, competitive drill. Be loud, give a demonstration. Make sure teams are fair, (Get people to find a partner then lable eachother one and two and split them up. two's in one team one's in the other.
