White player and green player start at the same time. They dribble through the areas and are accompanied by a defender blue. When the green and white players are in the same area, the blue players give them each others' attacker.

Player white 1 and green 1 dribble through the various areas who are defended by blue players. These players always take player white 1 as soon as he crosses the boarders and try to steal the ball from white 1. If successful : attacker becomes defender.

Attacker 3 passes to 2 who attracks defender blue 1. Pass 2 - 1 who is on the left. In the meanwhile attacker 3 goes for the right wing, but comes by to the pivot position, receives the ball from 1 and scores a goal.

Attackers play give-and-go. Defenders should stay in their hoops. Attacker 1 throws at the goal.

Two set wing players. Attackers 2 and 3 try to score a goal when passing to 1 or 4. Defenders 1,2 and 3 try to prevent passing to 1 and 4 and goal shot.

Pass 2-1-3 who feints defender 2 and receives ball from 1 and throws at the goal.

Two teams, pass on one half court, after a certain number of passes (10/15/20) they must go to the other half. variations : - after scoring team keeps possession - passing variations - play without dribbling

Attackers try to put the ball on the mat opposite. - only passing - no dribbling - no running Variations : - when having scored a point, the attacking team keeps the ball and may go to the other mat to score another point. - dribbling is allowed - rugby rules

Attackers try to score a goal when defended by one defender. After their shot the attacker collects their ball and joins the back of the line. If the defender wins the ball they rejoin the back of the line and the attacker who lost the ball becomes the new defender.

Players stand in four lines along the half way line. A player on both side starts with the ball in hand. The attackers play give-and-go as they progress up the court and pass around the defender. The move finished with attacker 1 (the player who started with the ball) throwing at the goal.

2 attackers versus 2 defenders. The attackers must dribble and pass the ball around the two defenders. To begin with the defenders cannot move from the spot and the attackers must run and engage the defender (with a side-step or a dummy) before progressing towards goal.

Attacker 1 dribbles to the goal and defended by defender 1 - attacker 1 passes to attacker 2 who is  who throws at the goal.

Attacker1 starts dribbling towards the goal. If defender 1 cannot cope with the situations, defender 2 helps out.

Attacker 1 dribble towards the goal is defended by defender red 1 and passes to attacker 2 who throws at the goal. Once done, they get their balls back and go to the other queue.

Attacker 1 dribbles towards the goal and is defended by defender blue 1 and tries to score a goal, if it is impossible to score goal, attacker 2 may help out. Once done, they get their balls back and go to the other queue.
