Backward roll down a gently inclined bench. Roll back from sitting position placing hands on mat by ears. Keeping legs extended, legs come over the head to stand. The teacher helps by taking weight and lifting the torso over the head
Backward roll to stand down padded inclined benches.
From long sit position move to sitting tuck, and rock back on to shoulders. Rock back to sitting tuck, and move to long sit.
