I am not sure I understand your question but I have attached a good video of the basic lifting technique.

Mida, que grande tu segunda linea! Pero tal vez el es muy pesado y mejor si no salta. Pues, mejor si te pongas a levantar de atras (como en el video). Porque el de atras establece la altura de la salta. Si no conteste tu pregunta bastante, me escribes en Espanol.
