plans for building a scrum machine?

looking for plans to have a welding shop build us a scrum machine, simply do not have the $6000-10000 these companies are asking for!

have a look at this...i reckon anybody slightly practical can replicate this especially if you know a welder or have some scaffold tubes

From stories of similar situations I advise against building your own. All it takes is for an injury/accident to happen when using a home made scrum machine and insurance won't pay out, you will have unhappy parents (if at junior level).
Would oyu trust a doctor who taught himself medicine because he couldn't afford the university course? No so why risk it here ?
