what is the best tecnique for a goalkeeper i need an ansr quik.

as this is a very open question i can only give my opinion, when regarding keeper technique you need to look at the players ability to focus on closing down the angles of shot available with their body positioning. in regards to blocking shots with legs and arms, the keeper needs to lead off the opposite leg to shot direction, for example shot is going left bottom corner the keeper will push of the right leg keeping low and moving left leg towards direction while dropping the right knee in same direction cover the gap between the legs that is created. hope this helps,this is through what ive seen as an effected techinque. in building a players ability to make these movement focus on their agility and felixibilty. good luck.
